The SHRM – Indeed HR Leadership laid emphasis on balancing technology with the human element in recruitment. The focus on creation redundancy in processes and need for upskilling has been more noteworthy. The experts also stressed upon prioritizing candidate experience and eliminating biases. Their advice on the importance of the importance of a theoretical framework for data interpretation was also crucial.
It has been a well-organized session by SHRM and Indeed with a perfect rhythm of topics. As an audience, I felt connected throughout the discussion. Really enjoyed the talks from both the speakers. Thank you very much for organizing this wonderful event, it was impressive and left me with a cherished memory and experience.
The Lead the Charge and HR Leadership Connect event, organized by SHRM and Indeed, were game-changers for me. The insights shared on the role of Talent Management and smart recruitment in digital transformation were eye-opening and actionable. With expert speakers, engaging sessions, and practical strategies, this event is a must-attend for any HR professional and leader looking to thrive in the digital era.
The speakers were excellent and came with good insights on the subject. Prof Vasanthi's knowledge though academic had many practical nuggets of experience across industries. It was an immersive event. Post the session, networking connect was planned wherein I could also meet Indeed representatives and discuss some market insights in a relaxed manner which would not have been possible otherwise.
An excellent session with insights from both the academician and the practitioner. Don't leave your branding to the world which then will become a distorted story but tell your story to the world as you want the world to know you as - this statement by Mr. Suresh Anubolu certainly left many leaders thinking.
It was indeed (presented in true sense by ‘Indeed’ and SHRM) a pleasure meeting all industry leaders exchanging thoughts on such an impactful topic of discussion that impacts the employer branding. Well-articulated and great perspectives from both the practitioner and academician. Both Mr. Suresh Anubolu and Dr. Chandrasekhar Sripada were at their best in sharing how today’s workforce makes life choices and all said and done, how the trust factor and authenticity takes a pivotal role in everything that we do.

Attending the SHRM event was an incredibly enriching experience. The speakers( Dr. Chandrasekhar Sripada from ISB & & Mr. Suresh Anubolu- CHRO of Aragen) were top-notch, providing valuable insights on a range of topics highlighting authentic employer branding and how it connects to talent acquisition and retention to employee engagement and development. What impressed me the most was their depth of knowledge and expertise, and their willingness to engage with the audience. Networking opportunities with fellow HR professionals were ample, providing a chance to exchange ideas and build valuable relationships. I highly recommend SHRM event’s as well as looking forward to attending future events and continuing to grow and learn alongside my fellow HR professionals.
Thanking SHRM for organizing an unique and talent centric leadership connect program with eminent “Talent Leaders” from the industry. The recent program – “Why authenticity matters” was an extremely important program in the advent of extraordinary times that industry is undergoing in the talent transformation space along with future of work models evolving radically . Truly believe that the expert talks by the panel resonated with the current trends of the industry and emphasized how this lever is critical in winning talent war in terms of attracting and retaining ahead of the curve. Additionally, authentic employer brand would create more brand ambassadors within the organization to co-create a stronger and brighter one.
It was a great knowledge sharing session. Definitely empowered us to understand how we can work towards equipping our brand and its growth with inclusivity at its center.
